Klv-32ex330 picture distortion
Sony LED TV model KLV32EX330 was brought in for repair due to poor picture quality on cable channels, although HDMI worked fine. Upon inspection, the RF signal was weak, with significant distortion. The tuner’s VCC voltage, clock data, and AGC connection were normal, but the IF output track had open conductor coils, preventing the IF signal from reaching the system IC. Replacing both coils resolved the issue, restoring the picture quality.
