Tcl L49S6500 dead fault
When this set (Tcl-L49S6500) came to me, it was showing 12 volts and 5 volts. The 5 volts were going to the 3.3-volt buck converter, but the 3.3-volt output was extremely low, showing only millivolts. Upon checking, I found that the 3.3-volt line was shorted to ground. After further investigation, I discovered that one of the three ceramic capacitors on the 3.3-volt line’s output was shorted. After replacing the faulty capacitor, the circuit started working, and the set powered on.
