How To Fix Sony KLV-40EX430 TV No Display Black Screen Issue
Sony model no KLV-40EX430 In the black screen issue, this TV came to me for repair, it sounded perfect, but it was not a picture, the customer said that his picture would come occasionally, I gave the set AC power, so I felt like its backlight was off.

Fault Overview
I opened the set workshop lab and started to understand its fault by turning on the set normally in the backlight fault this set goes to protection mode but in this case the TV was on the sound was coming
Fault Finding
To trace the fault, I first tested its backlight by separating it from the circuit. the backlight was bright and the current was very accurate. now I started checking its Backlight Drive circuit. its ic vcc volts were on the corresponding pins.While working, its backlight was lit a couple of times, which made me realize that some dry soldering in it I re-soldering a few resistors and capacitors on the last pins of the ic. this fixed my fault. I soldered the area well with a heat gun by applying solder paste. after testing the tv well, it was proven that the fault was correct.

Conclusion
The result was that a technician should take care of every possibility, while working chip-level repair in electronics requires a lot of attention to micro parts. Each part has its own function. The circuit sometimes has a dry solid problem.
