Expert Sony led_ST5461D12-2 Panel fault
A Chinese set of 55 inches was brought to me and its image was not being created – when I opened the set and started the inspection, the main board was installed 4k which was working perfectly.
T-con
was getting a 12 volt VCC supply
According to the sequence, the AVDD voltage was turning on and off, that is, the DC to DC IC protection was on.
Fault Finding A ceramic capacitor was showing a short circuit of 19 ohms on pin 23 of DC to DC IC.
I didn’t have the capacitor in the same value and size, I installed two capacitors of 10uF, the option was there in the board.
After doing all the work, I turned on the set and the display came on
In this image you can see 16 ohm shortage The capacitor on pin number 23 is shorted
In this image you can see that new capacitors have been installed C47 and C46.
