Sony klv32r422 volume control issue

Sony klv32r422 volume control issue

“It seems there was a volume control issue with the Sony keyboard. When I checked the set, I found that there was a voltage divider at the keyboard point 1 with two resistors a 33k ohm resistor connected to the ground and a 12k ohm resistor connected to 3.3 volts. When I opened and checked these resistors, I found that the 12k ohm resistor had increased to 470k ohms, causing the voltage on the key 1 track to drop, which led to the volume increasing automatically. After changing the 12k ohm resistor, the fault was fixed.”
electronic circuit board with various components like resistors and capacitors. There are annotations suggesting changes to some resistor values and actions related to volume control. The board also has a Sony logo and a model number “klv32r422.”
