How to Fix No Display Issue on Orient 50S UHD LED TV
An Orient LED TV model number in my workshop Fantasy 50s black The customer who came for repair told me that there was no picture. I plugged in the set and saw that its backlight was on but there was no picture.
fault finding
I opened the set and saw the 4K model. I checked the voltages of its T-CON card. Its AVDD volts were coming in. Its VGL and VGH time control ICs were VCC volts. Now its The only remaining LVDS signals were those that could have caused the problem.
fault tracing
This set includes an FPC type cable to connect the system board to the T-con board. This cable was not able to make proper connectivity. The plastic of this cable got heated and got stuck in the connectivity inside the connector jack.was obstructing I cleaned the protruding plastic of this cable with a paper cutter, and the LVDS signal connectivity and my set started working perfectly.

conclusion
The issue of LVDS cable is very sensitive in 4K screens and should be examined very carefully.
